If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will issue a refund for full price merchandise. Synergy is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.
- Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging.
- If the order qualified for free shipping, we deduct the shipping charges from the refund.
- Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
- All sale items over 30% off are final, as noted in their description.
- Please note that our in-store return policy is different from our online return policy. Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 30 days with original receipt for store credit only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package as we are not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
